Data center / Colocation
Your equipment, a dependable place to run it
Build a starting configuration for rack space, power, and connectivity in our Colorado Springs data center.
01 / Rack security
Access is controlled at the rack
Our racks use access cards, and rack access is logged. With a full rack, access is limited to your authorized team and Springs Hosting staff.
- Card access and access logs
Access cards control entry to the racks, and access is recorded. - Full racks are private
Only your authorized team and our staff have access to your rack. - Shared rack visits are escorted
A staff member accompanies clients accessing equipment in a shared rack. - Client information stays off the rack
We do not label racks with client names or other client information.
02 / Build your rack
See what your colocation setup could cost
Choose space and a primary power circuit for a bundled monthly estimate. Add a matching backup circuit, our internet blend, or a cross-connect to your own carrier.
More than one rack?
Planning a larger deployment?
Contact us about multiple cabinets so we can review space, power, and connectivity together.
03 / Finding the right fit
Considering a private cage or room?
If your main concern is who can access your equipment, a private cabinet may meet your needs. Here is what to consider.
Access
Who can reach your equipment?
With a private full rack, access is limited to your authorized team and Springs Hosting staff. Access cards control entry to the rack, and access is logged. Your cabinet has its own access restrictions within the shared data center.
Space
Would a private cabinet fit?
A private cabinet can be a good fit when you want dedicated rack space with controlled access. Tell us how much equipment you have, its power needs, and your growth plans so we can review the right number of cabinets and availability.
Requirements
Is a separate enclosure required?
A policy or customer contract may specifically call for a cage or room. You may also need a private work area around your equipment. Share those requirements so we can establish whether our cabinet setup is a fit.
04 / Beyond the estimate
Plan the details with us
We can review your equipment, power draw, network approach, access needs, and deployment date before putting a proposal together.
- Power
Confirm your expected draw and whether you need a B circuit. - Network
Use our blend or bring a carrier through a cross-connect. - Access
Work out how your team will install and maintain hardware.
