01 / The facility

Purpose-built for your equipment and your team

Our data center at 1205 Shasta Drive is a place to put critical equipment within reach. We operate the facility in Colorado Springs and work with customers on the space, power, bandwidth, and access their deployment calls for.

The technical specifications below describe the facility. Your actual configuration, capacity, and service terms depend on the deployment we design together.

02 / Power + cooling

Built for continuity, down to the cabinet

Power with a backup plan

Two diesel generators provide 2N generator capacity, supported by weekly load tests. N+1 UPS systems serve the cabinets, with A/B circuits available for colocation deployments.

1.2 MW available facility power

Cooling close to the load

2N liquid-cooled chillers and APC InRow cooling systems are designed to manage heat where equipment runs. Colorado Springs’ moderate climate can also support efficient facility operation.

03 / Connectivity

Carrier choice, with room to plan your path

The facility is carrier-neutral, with three diverse fiber entry points. Redundant BGP routers and a Cisco-centered network give us options for designing the connection your equipment needs.

Discuss carrier availability, handoffs, bandwidth, and routing with our team as part of your deployment.

04 / Physical security

Layers of control around your equipment

Controlled entry

Access cards and PIN controls manage entry from the main entrance to customer equipment.

Video monitoring

Perimeter fencing, IP cameras, and a network video recorder (NVR) support 24/7 security monitoring across the site.

Critical-system alerts

Facility infrastructure is monitored in real time, with alarms and notifications for conditions that need attention.

05 / Colorado Springs

A central location for your infrastructure

Colorado Springs puts your equipment within reach of Denver, Pueblo, and the Front Range while serving users across the country. Its inland location avoids direct coastal hurricane exposure.

Location is one part of a resilience plan. We can talk through the power, network, access, and recovery requirements that matter to your organization.
