 On May 19, 2008, "Springs Hosting added RoundCube Webmail to its available email tools. RoundCube compliments the already available IMP and Squirrelmail webmail clients available through Springs Hosting. RoundCube was requested by several of our existing clients. RoundCube webmail is a browser-based multilingual IMAP client with an application-like user interface. It provides full functionality you expect from an e-mail client, including MIME support, address book, folder manipulation, message searching and spell checking." |

Colorado Springs named #11 best place for a Data Center |

On May 6, 2008, "Colorado Springs ranks among the 14 best places in the nation to build a data center, according to a new study by a New Jersey corporate site selection firm. Low power costs, an abundant supply of highly educated workers, the availability of government approved training programs and a low risk of natural disaster helped the Springs rank 11th in a study released Monday by The Boyd Co. Inc. Data centers are facilities that house large computer systems and related equipment, such as telecommunications and storage systems for customer information by companies in a variety of industries. The centers often include backup power generators and communications lines and raised floors to keep computer systems from overheating." |

New Building for expanding Data Center Purchased |

On May 1, 2008, "Springs Hosting closed on our building. Our new location will better serve our clients with more Data Center space, power, and bandwidth. With nearly 6,000 Square feet of raise flooring going into the new facility, we are cabable of providing existing clients with the ability to expand their colocation operations. We have teamed up with Dell, APC, Liebert, and Level3 to provide a best of breed experience for our customers. Our expected date for completion of the building is 3rd Quarter of 2008."

On February 3, 2008, "Springs Hosting's commercial played during the 3rd Quarter of a great game between the New York Giants and the undefeated New England Patriots. While the game came down to the very end, the New York Giants emerged victorious 17-14. What a great game! We were very proud to be a part of this years Super Bowl™ experience."

| On January 1, 2008, "Springs Hosting launched its first TV commercial on the FOX BCS™ Bowl games which included the AT&T Cotton Bowl, Suger Bowl, Allstate Sugar Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Tostito's Fiesta Bowl, Orange Bowl, FedEx Orange Bowl, and Allstate Championship Bowl Game. We recieved positive feedback from clients that got a chuckle out of our TV commercial. The commerical will continue to play on FOX throughout the 2008 year for anyone that missed it.
